Vaginal Care Blend

I have carefully selected five herbs that encompass clearing damp heat and cold in the body to allow the vaginal microbiome to flourish. 

Organic herbs of Sophora root, Peppermint, Yarrow, Dandelion leaf and Ginger root.

Weigh 1 oz of herbs, mixed with 32 oz distilled water in a pot I'll bring to a summer for 10 minutes, let go over 10 minutes. 

Strain liquid away from herbs, used in an ounce of the liquid in a period bottle. 

Refrigerate the rest. One batch should yield three washes. Do three to five washes per week. Store tea bag in a cool, dry place.
