Parsley Leaf: At the end of the menstrual cycle, falling progesterone and estrogen can increase aldosterone-driven potassium loss, while overall fluid balance shifts can make your body use or deplete more potassium. This is oftentimes why women will get leg cramps in the night or lower abdominal cramps at the end or beginning their cycle - due to this potassium loss. Shatavari: Traditionally called the “queen of herbs for women” in Ayurveda, it nourishes the reproductive tissues, helps regulate menstrual cycles, and can reduce cramps and menstrual fatigue over time.
Considered a phytoestrogenic adaptogen — it gently supports estrogen balance and modulates progesterone activity.
It may reduce estrogen dominance symptoms like bloating, breast tenderness, irritability, or heavy flow.

Shatavari contains natural saponins and mucilaginous compounds, which help with hydration and mild electrolyte balance — useful if you feel bloated or depleted around your period - balancing potassium and magnesium.

Dong Quai: best known for its blood tonic properties. It vitalizes the blood and tonifies the uterus and female generative organs. It is used for amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea and irregular ministration while also relieving unpleasant symptoms associated with PMS.
