This blend does an excellent job of clearing bad bacteria from the gut, along with any parasites, fungus, candida, cleanses the lymphatic system, clears skin conditions. It is powerful and I do not recommend taking it long term.
It is important to get the "yuck" out before rebuilding the digestive system with healthier foods and in some cases, probiotics.

Oregon Grape Root (Liver System) is a berberine herb. This herb is used for liver cleansing, infections, IBS, bacterial cleansing and skin conditions.
What is a berberine? A berberine is a bitter tasting component of an herb that is usually antibacterial, antifungal and antiparasitic.
Black Walnut (Digestive System) is a great antifungal and antiparasitic herb.
Pau d'Arco (Integumentary System) is also antifungal, anti candida and anti cancer.
I like to mix this blend with Yellow Dock Root and Calendula for an excellent cleanse.
It is common to experience "die off" or Herxheimer reaction with this blend. Flu-like symptoms, headache, nausea, achy muscles and joints, dizziness ๐ are all associated with the bad bacteria and toxicity leaving the system.
I personally did a round of this blend a few months ago and experienced die off symptoms for 2 days.
