1:1 Consultation - Full

If you are looking to reach your goals for health & wellness, this is a great place to start.

Whether it be hormonal issues, weight loss, chronic disease, pain, ongoing illness or just general well being, I would love to help you start off on the right foot.

A consultation provides initial correspondance with me to learn about your general goals and the direction you would like to take.

From there we have a 1:1 video or audio chat through Facebook messenger or Instagram chats to look in depth at your goals, for me to learn about you lifestyle, diet, exercise, current supplements and medications and anything else I might need to know. This meeting typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours.

After our meeting, within a week, I will send you a comprehensive program based on your goals, steps to take, diet changes (if applicable), plant medicine recommendations, adjunct therapies; anything pretaining to you, through google docs.

You can then correspond with me through email if you have any questions about your personal health program.
